This is a variation of the traditional pub game. Modern dominoes first appeared in Italy during the 18th century.

The objective is for players to attach a domino from their hand to one end of those already played so that the sum of the end dominoes is divisible by five or three. One point is scored for each time five or three can be divided into the sum of the two dominoes.

Dominoes can be rotated through 180^o by double clicking them. Alternatively, after first selecting a domino, the rotate button can be used (particularly useful if using a tablet).

Mathematicians are not the people who find Maths easy; they are the people who enjoy how mystifying, puzzling and hard it is. Are you a mathematician?

Learning and understanding Mathematics, at every level, requires learner engagement. Mathematics is not a spectator sport. Sometimes traditional teaching fails to actively involve students. One way to address the problem is through the use of interactive activities and this web site provides many of those.
