Shape ABCD is a trapezium. It is an enlargement of the smaller blue trapezium with a negative scale factor, \(k\).
The parallel sides of the blue trapezium are of lengths\(x\) and \(2x\). The perpendicular distance between them is \(x\).
Find an expression in terms of \(x\) and \(k\) for the area of the visible yellow region.
